Consultations on this website are administered by Delib on behalf of Thames Water Utilities Ltd. The policy of both our organisations is to respect and protect the privacy of anyone who visits this website.
What information do we collect?
We will collect, store and process the following information that you provide to us via this website:
- any personal details you submit to us such as name, address, email address etc; and
- any other information that you may provide to us in relation to the consultation.
Using the information we collect
The information we collect via this website will only be used for:
- the purpose of conducting the consultation exercise; and
- to contact you about the consultation if you have previously given your permission
The information will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and all applicable laws and will not be used for any other purpose without your permission.
At all times, your information will be held in a secure manner. We will take appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information under our control.
The information will be passed to Thames Water Utilities Ltd and will be retained by Delib for one year solely for back-up purposes once the consultation has been completed.

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you at any time (for which we may charge a small fee).
